Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General
This policy applies to digital subscription services purchased through WellPDF (wellpdf.com), operated by WellPDF, operated by YES BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş..
Our Service qualifies as digital content supplied in a non-tangible form under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. All payments, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) as the Merchant of Record.
2. Withdrawal Right (14 Days)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Articles 9–16), consumers resident in the EU/EEA may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
2.1. When the withdrawal right does not apply
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive:
- If Premium features have been actually used (digital content performance has begun), the withdrawal right is waived provided the consumer gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
- If the User confirmed the acknowledgment “I consent to immediate access to Premium features and acknowledge that I waive my right of withdrawal” at checkout.
2.2. How to exercise withdrawal
- Click the “Cancel Subscription” button in Account Settings → Subscription (recommended).
- Send an email to [email protected] with subject “Refund Request”.
No specific form is required. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.
3. Refund Conditions
3.1. Full refund (14 days, no usage)
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used any Premium features, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3.2. Partial refund (usage occurred)
If you have begun using Premium features after purchase but request a refund, a partial refund may be granted at WellPDF’s discretion, based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. Partial refunds are considered in the following cases:
- The Service was materially unavailable (uptime <95% during your subscription period).
- A verifiable technical defect or billing error by the platform.
- Duplicate payment (double charge).
3.3. Non-refundable situations
- Voluntary cancellation by the User (access continues until end of the paid period; no monetary refund).
- General dissatisfaction where the Service is functioning as described.
- Account suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service.
4. Subscription Cancellation & Renewal
Premium subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of the subscription period, the User may manually purchase a new subscription if desired.
- Cancelled subscriptions remain Premium until the end of the paid period; then the account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
- Before the period expires, you may re-activate via Account Settings → Subscription → “Reactivate”.
- After the period has expired, a new purchase is required to regain Premium access.
5. Refund Process
- The refund request is submitted using one of the methods described in Section 2.2.
- WellPDF reviews the request and responds via email within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
- The refund amount is returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Delays caused by the User’s bank or card issuer are not the responsibility of WellPDF or Lemon Squeezy.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, EU/EEA consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide a higher level of protection.
7. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as needed. Material changes are communicated via in-app notification and/or email at least 15 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
